Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather insights and align financial plans with business objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of investor relations materials and financial disclosures.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the water resources or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Certification such as CFA or CPA is highly desirable.
