Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage tax computations, filings, and ensure timely and accurate tax returns.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to foster a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
