Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor and client accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders in a timely manner.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to minimize outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all financial transactions for auditing purposes.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for financial analysis and reporting.
