Responsibility
- Verify transactions to ensure accuracy in terms of amount and timing as per contractual agreements.
- Organize and maintain records of payment terms, purchase orders, and financial documents.
- Manage financial archives and ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Prepare and compile financial documents required for internal and external audits.
- Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
