Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in retail or SME environments.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and financial regulations in Malaysia/Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus but not required.
