Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct variance analysis and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
