Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is preferred.
