Responsibility
- Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related tax filings.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, forecasting future financial needs and identifying potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on full set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
