Responsibility
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to accounts receivable to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry is a plus.
