Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives or clients.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions and project planning.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
