Responsibility
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation for allied health professionals.
- Coordinate client appointments, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with Australian healthcare standards.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials to support business operations.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate clear and efficient communication.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking as required.
- Provide general support to the allied health team, including research, data entry, and project coordination.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to privacy policies in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office management, preferably in the healthcare or allied health sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or healthcare management software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
