Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounting for multiple U.S. business entities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and compliance reporting for U.S. entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, and optimize working capital.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate risks and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and clients based on data-driven analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in U.S. accounting, with a focus on full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or other ERP systems; experience with U.S. payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Gusto) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards for U.S. businesses.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment with a self-starter mindset.
- Familiarity with multi-entity accounting and consolidated financial reporting.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
