Responsibility
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (PPh & PPN) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Oversee financial reporting, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
- Calculate and analyze the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) to support pricing and inventory decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh & PPN) and accounting principles (SAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification in taxation (e.g., Brevet A/B) or accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
