Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize financial performance.
- Generate financial reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including AWS and incentive calculations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and hospitality-specific accounting practices is advantageous.
