As a Results-Driven Recruitment Specialist, you will lead high-volume hiring initiatives, sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent to meet our clientsâ staffing needs. Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US retail positions using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet client demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Conduct phone and video interviews, assessing qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring or retail sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board navigation.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zones) with a stable internet connection.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and HR tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields is a plus.
