We are seeking a passionate HR & Training Supervisor to lead our human capital development initiatives in Bali. As part of our team, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent development, and training programs while aligning strategies with PBSās commitment to excellence. Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta), this position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in collaborative settings and is dedicated to fostering a high-performance workforce.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Indonesian labor laws and company values.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (onboarding, leadership, technical skills) to enhance employee competencies and career growth.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent for operational and managerial roles.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, including KPI tracking, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, training ROI) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and create targeted upskilling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in manufacturing or large-scale operations).
- Proven expertise in training program development, employee engagement, and talent retention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, including payroll and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or training (e.g., ATD) are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
