Responsibility
- Design and implement global learning, talent, and onboarding processes that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Serve as the primary authority for process governance, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to tailor processes to local needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies and tools that enhance the learning and onboarding experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and communication plans to support process adoption.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with organizational objectives and growth plans.
- Foster a culture of learning and development by promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR process design, talent management, or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a global role.
- Proven expertise in learning and development, onboarding, and talent management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and lead change initiatives effectively.
