Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the financial or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
