Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills enhancement.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops, tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high participation and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align training initiatives with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and development, and integrate innovative methodologies into training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an internal corporate trainer, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., ATD, SHRM, or similar) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a contract-based role.
