Responsibility
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- HR Policy Development: Design, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company values.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits programs, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Administrative Operations: Streamline office administration, including facility management, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Talent Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to upskill the workforce.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, with a focus on employee lifecycle and operations in a multicultural environment.
- HR Certification: Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Legal Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and data analysis to optimize HR processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex HR challenges with creative, practical solutions.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in diverse, international teams and adapting to local business customs.
