As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee development and engagement. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, salary reviews, and incentive schemes.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth opportunities.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong background in recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous but not mandatory.
