Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed placement targets.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experience through clear communication.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali.
