Responsibility
- End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight: Manage all aspects of the eCommerce supply chain, from procurement to last-mile delivery, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.
- Global Logistics Coordination: Oversee international shipping, customs compliance, and carrier relationships to optimize delivery timelines and reduce expenses.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Develop and implement inventory strategies to balance stock levels, minimize overstock/understock, and align with sales forecasts.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements to streamline workflows and enhance scalability.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess supply chain risks (e.g., delays, disruptions) and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times, cost savings) and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in end-to-end supply chain management, with a focus on eCommerce or international logistics.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global trade compliance, freight forwarding, and inventory systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex logistical challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for clear stakeholder communication.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a self-driven approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA or CSCP certification is a plus.
