Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud solutions, including design, implementation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud integrations, migrations, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and best practices.
- Train and mentor client teams on adopted technologies and workflows.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet SLAs.
- Stay updated on emerging enterprise technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in enterprise technology consulting, cloud solutions, or IT delivery roles.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Experience working remotely or in distributed teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
