As our Social Media Manager, youâll play a key role in shaping the brandâs online presence, driving engagement, and growing a loyal community. Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy for Instagram, focusing on beauty, wellness, and Pilates content.
- Create high-quality, on-brand visuals (photos, reels, stories, and carousels) that align with the brandâs aesthetic and messaging.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs to maximize reach, interaction, and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, click-throughs) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to amplify content reach and foster partnerships.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and campaign timelines.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Portfolio showcasing high-impact Instagram content (reels, carousels, static posts) with strong engagement metrics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or CapCut.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for crafting persuasive, SEO-friendly captions.
- Deep understanding of Instagramâs algorithm and best practices for organic growth.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media insights and optimize performance.
