Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media content strategy aligned with global brand objectives and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of content creators, designers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a focus on engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, CTR, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to keep content innovative and competitive.
- Manage community engagement, respond to audience interactions, and foster brand loyalty through authentic, two-way communication.
- Create and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights, successes, and areas for improvement with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns for global or multinational brands, with measurable results.
- Expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting compelling, platform-specific copy.
- Experience leading remote teams and collaborating across time zones, with a focus on productivity and team cohesion.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with social media to amplify organic reach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
