Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience.
- Implement security and data protection measures to ensure application integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep expertise in React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with MongoDB and database design, including indexing, querying, and optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for building robust backend services.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., Redux, Next.js) and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
