Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize system performance.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and compliance certificates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing electrical systems, control panels, and instrumentation for industrial applications.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISA) and safety regulations.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) and simulation tools (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor junior team members.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
