Responsibility
- Develop and design piping systems using CAD/BIM software for semiconductor facilities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of piping designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for piping layouts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Generate detailed drawings, schematics, and 3D models for construction and installation.
- Perform system analysis and simulations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Review and approve design changes, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in piping design, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and industry standards (ASME, ANSI, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with 3D modeling and simulation tools is a plus.
