Responsibility
- Design, plan, and implement ELV systems for construction projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with overall M&E works.
- Oversee site installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site teams and end-users.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality ELV components and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV system design, installation, and commissioning.
- Proven track record of managing ELV projects in construction or M&E sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, and structured cabling.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, local building codes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other locations as required.
