Responsibility
- Assist the Site Agent and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing piling and structural works to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions for piling and structural activities.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry regulations to maintain structural integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation on-site.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on site activities, including progress updates, material usage, and quality control documentation.
- Ensure all piling and construction activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines to minimize risks and accidents.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges on-site and propose effective solutions to maintain project efficiency and quality.
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, piling, or construction projects, preferably in the structural or geotechnical domain.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of piling techniques, construction materials, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on-site for the duration of the project.
