Responsibility
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Support the introduction of new products or process changes by conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist in the training of production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD software, process simulation tools, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.
