Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive aftermarket strategies to enhance dealership performance and customer satisfaction across the APAC region.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality aftermarket services and solutions.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and key industry partners.
- Oversee the implementation of aftermarket programs, promotions, and training initiatives to boost sales and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all aftermarket operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, financial outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aftermarket management, preferably within the truck or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful dealership strategies in the APAC region.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies in the automotive sector.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
