Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial sector, identifying their needs for consumables and equipment.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for industrial products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, including product demonstrations, training, and after-sales service.
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with regional clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in industrial consumables.
- Manage regional accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while resolving any client concerns efficiently.
- Prepare and present technical reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, service, or technical support within the industrial consumables or equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, tools, and consumables, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel regionally as required to meet client needs and support business operations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is advantageous.
