Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all on-site operational activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and production teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor daily progress against KPIs and report deviations to senior management with actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers to maintain project integrity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to uphold quality control and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and reporting software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on a contract basis.
