Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for large-scale projects.
- Oversee plumbing and fire protection systems design, ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.
- Manage testing and commissioning (T&C) processes for mechanical systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in M&E project management, particularly in ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software for mechanical design and coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IMC) and local regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia, with willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
