Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Oversee budget management, cost control, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities to streamline project execution.
- Utilize Mandarin language skills to liaise with Chinese stakeholders, suppliers, and investors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
