Responsibility
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and feasibility studies for projects in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and review environmental management plans (EMP), AMDAL documents, and other regulatory compliance reports.
- Lead R&D initiatives to innovate sustainable solutions for waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector clients to ensure adherence to local and national environmental laws.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret field data (air, water, soil) using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented environmental programs.
- Stay updated on emerging environmental regulations and best practices to advise clients proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental consulting, R&D, or documentation (fresh graduates with strong academic projects may be considered).
- Proven expertise in preparing AMDAL, UKL-UPL, or similar environmental compliance documents.
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations (e.g., PP No. 22/2021, Permen LHK No. 6/2021).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., GIS, Excel, statistical software) and technical writing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork in Bali and occasional travel to project sites.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
