Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water distribution and treatment systems in Bali, ensuring alignment with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimations, and technical assessments for new infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to secure approvals and permits for engineering initiatives.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize water resource management and reduce operational costs.
- Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for water infrastructure projects.
- Represent the company in industry conferences, workshops, and public forums to promote best practices in civil engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing water systems or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in hydraulic modeling, water treatment, and distribution network design.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, or Indonesian regulations).
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or HEC-RAS.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
