Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and infrastructure developments.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure project viability and compliance.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Resolve technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices and green building principles is an advantage.
