Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for semiconductor equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment performance.
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on equipment performance and potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or technical support, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
