Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project compliance and smooth execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
