Responsibility
- Provide technical and operational support for products, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and customer service teams to address product defects and usability challenges.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on product features and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure support services meet quality and performance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with technical support frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is advantageous.
