Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy efficiency analyses to ensure system performance and sustainability.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers to integrate mechanical systems into overall building designs.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Perform site inspections, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend improvements for existing installations.
- Utilize AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based data storage, analysis, and automation of mechanical systems.
- Develop and maintain scripts or tools using Visual Basic (VB) for process automation and data management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of ACMV systems, HVAC principles, and thermodynamics.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software is a plus.
- Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services) or cloud computing concepts is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic (VB) or other programming/scripting languages is a bonus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
