Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of building infrastructure.
- Collaborate with property management and external contractors to coordinate major repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Manage energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs and promote sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and maintenance teams.
- Prepare and present reports on building performance, maintenance activities, and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and other relevant software.
