Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and maintain school calendars, appointments, and virtual meeting schedules.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including enrollment documentation, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
- Assist with student and parent inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Support virtual school operations by liaising with teachers, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Process and organize digital files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle basic troubleshooting for virtual learning platforms and communication tools.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient remote work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or customer service roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Ability to work during UK business hours (flexibility required).
