Responsibility
- Manage and process daily e-commerce orders for timely shipment.
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and delivery statuses.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize packaging and shipping processes.
- Generate reports on shipping performance, costs, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using shipping software, Excel, and order management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with local and international courier services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics or business is advantageous.
