Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in a remote or B2B environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to managing time and priorities in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work during US Central Time (09:00-17:00 CT) with a stable internet connection.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
