Responsibility
- Conduct targeted lead research to identify and qualify potential business partners and clients.
- Develop and execute personalized email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
- Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and sales pipelines accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive revenue and expand market reach.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong written communication skills with experience in crafting compelling email pitches.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
