Note: This is a full-time, remote position based in Bali, Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth) and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our products/services effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of discipline and time-management skills for remote work.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
